The main aims of this study-tour were:
- acquainted with the experience of researchers in physics area in Rzeszow University;
- present own (young scientists) research results;
- acquainted with the technique of cluster calculations of scientists of the Department of Physics and Nanotechnology Center in
Rzeszow (Mr. Taras Parashchuk);
- review of theoretical methods study of the defects structure in semiconductors (Dr. Halyna Hurhula);
- participation on the IX Conference of Young Physicists in Rzeszów (Dr. Halyna Hurhula, Mr. Taras Parashchuk, and Mr.
Roman Dzumedzey).
